A quick tour of some of our homes

A beautiful 1903 home with an apartment on the property. The goal was to create a comfortable, fun spot that reflects both its Texas heritage and my Irish heritage.

To say this property was "distressed" would be an understatement. We turned this abused home into a beachside showcase.

The challenge was to make a very large, open space feel like a cohesive home. Beautiful windows and beach views gave us a great place to start.
